Performance characteristics:
The host frame is cast as a whole, with good rigidity and high stability.
Hydraulic buffering is used for swinging and hanging, which avoids damage caused by swinging impact, reduces noise during swinging, extends the service life of equipment, and improves safety.
Adopting a reducer transmission, the structure is simple, easy to install and maintain, and the failure rate is low.
After the impact test is completed, the remaining energy can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. The PTM series fully automatic impact testing machine adopts liquid nitrogen refrigeration technology to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample. The temperature regulation is all controlled by electrical automation, equipped with dedicated automatic sample feeding and recycling devices, and automatic end face positioning of the sample to ensure that the impact time from the sample being taken out of the furnace is not more than 2 seconds.
The test data can display the material's impact absorption capacity, impact toughness, pendulum swing angle, and average test value, and can print the current test data and average test value.
