1. If there is a problem, we promise to respond to the user within 1 hour, provide a solution within 2 hours, and arrive at the user's site within 8 hours to troubleshoot.
2. During the warranty period, if the equipment and accessories cannot function properly due to quality issues, we promise to arrive at the user's site within two days for free repair or replacement of parts. When the equipment cannot be used normally due to untimely maintenance, the warranty period will be extended accordingly with the length of downtime.
3. We provide lifelong maintenance services for the equipment. After the warranty period ends, we only charge for parts and basic maintenance fees, and enjoy preferential treatment for purchasing spare parts.
4. We implement computerized management of user profiles. After sales service personnel conduct regular follow-up visits, 100% worry free telephone follow-up, and actively track dynamic services. Check the operation of the equipment and perform maintenance and upkeep on the equipment.
5. We have service outlets in major cities across the country. There are resident after-sales service technicians in various offices to meet the after-sales service needs of users and ensure that they have no worries.
