Purpose:
The GWT series electronic high-temperature creep endurance testing machine is mainly used for creep and endurance strength testing of metal, non-metal, alloy materials, composite materials, etc. in high-temperature environments. It is a commonly used equipment for material performance testing and research in metallurgical departments, scientific research institutions, aerospace, petrochemical, and higher education institutions.
Performance characteristics:
◆ Adopting imported Wanxiang automatic adjustment device to ensure the coaxiality requirements of the testing machine;
Imported spoke type force sensor with good temperature compensation, high sensitivity, high rigidity, good long-term stability, and good creep performance;
High precision ball screws have the characteristics of good transmission repeatability, high stability, and low noise;
◆ Independent temperature control system, installed on the main unit of the testing machine, enables multiple testing machines to operate independently. If any one of them fails, it will not affect the normal use of other equipment and is easy to maintain in the later stage;
Solid state relays adopt a directional triggering method, which has the characteristics of more precise and stable temperature control compared to zero crossing triggering method, and smaller current impact in high-temperature furnaces;
◆ It can be configured with a low-voltage high current high-temperature furnace, which heats up quickly and has good insulation effect. It has a long uniform temperature band and can perform long-term creep tests at 1200 ° C. The electric furnace has a long service life and can guarantee 30000 hours of use under conditions not exceeding 1200 ° C. It also has good safety performance;
Equipment power outage can be unloaded through a dedicated handle, which is more convenient and labor-saving;
◆ It has temperature anomaly protection function, which means that if any temperature exceeds the limit, the heating system will be automatically cut off to avoid affecting the experiment;
The device is equipped with a LCD manual control box, which can display real-time data such as load, deformation, furnace temperature, and creep test coaxiality during the testing process, making it convenient for users to inspect on site.
